Products
Charged Glassworks items are handmade with care and great detail. Please keep in mind that no two handmade items will be exactly alike. There will be slight differences in color, shape, and size, as much as we try to be consistent. We like to think of it like writing your signature - it will always spell your name, but will look slightly different each time. We value this one of a kind quality and are proud of each unique piece of artwork.
We do accept some custom orders. Please reach out through our contact form to inquire about custom orders, wedding gifts, and sculptural pieces.
Charged Glassworks is pleased to partner with stores around the world. We try our best to ensure that stockists are not only a good fit, but that we respect the location and proximity of each of our stockists whenever possible.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping is always free!
On all orders, all the time.
Due to the varied size, weight, and fragility of our products, shipping costs can be expensive and hard to predict. We want our pricing to be as simple and transparent as possible, so the price you see is the price you'll pay!
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at the moment.
We are working to provide international shipping at a fair and consistent price, and will hopefully be able to ship our products worldwide soon!
Items will ship within three (3) business days of an order being placed, unless otherwise noted on the product.
We primarily ship through USPS. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Our products are all handmade and one-of-a-kind, and as such our policy is not to accept returns or exchanges.
In certain circumstances we can offer a replacement or shop credit, please send us an email at chargedglassworks@gmail.com with any concerns about your purchase and we will do what we can to ensure you're happy with your purchase.
If your order is incorrect or you receive a damaged item, please contact us at chargedglassworks@gmail.com.
We will replace any incorrect items in your order at no cost to you.
We will also replace any items that were damaged during delivery. You must report any shipping damages within 48 hours of order delivery.
